This is a traditional Carinthian dish called Kärntner Kasnudel.
It's like ravioli, but with potatoes, cream cheese, and mint in the middle. It's topped with finely sliced green onions and a butter sauce!
Corina got Braukeller Gulasch. It was very much like potroast.
